💼 How the BGM Job Levels Work – Step by Step:
Step 1: Intern (Free Trial)
When you first join, you start as an intern on a 4-day free trial.
You’ll complete 3 tasks per day, earning R4.00 per task, which means R12 per day. It’s a great way to test the waters without spending a cent!
Step 2: Job Level 1 (J1)
After your trial, you can upgrade to Job Level 1 (J1) by paying a R450 yearly management fee.
✅ Don’t worry—you’ll get this R450 back after your 12 months are complete.
On J1, you’ll:
- Do 3 tasks per day
- Earn R5.00 per task
- That’s R15/day, or R450/month
After your first 30 days, you’ll have made your R450 back and can withdraw it—so you basically start fresh with no money out of your own pocket. If you save that R450 instead, you can put it toward the next level.
Step 3: Job Level 2 (J2)
Cost to upgrade: R1200, On J2, you’ll:
- Do 6 tasks per day
- Earn R7.00 per task
- That’s R42/day, or roughly R1200/month
If you save your daily earnings, you can reach J2 using only the money you earned from ads—no extra investment needed. And once you upgrade, you’ll get your R450 J1 deposit back, giving you a nice boost!
Step 4: Job Level 3 (J3)
To move to J3, you’ll need:
- A one-time R4000 fee (which you can save up from J2)
- A small team under you (around 3–5 people) to qualify
Once you’re on J3, you’ll:
- Watch 12 ads a day

- BGM charges a 10% processing fee on withdrawals. This is part of how the company generates income.
- Once you’ve submitted your request, BGM’s Finance Department sends the payout details to the bank.
- The bank will transfer the money within 0 to 72 hours, so sit tight—it’s on the way!
📌 Double-check your banking details before withdrawing—if they’re incorrect, your money won’t reach you.

Even if they all just start on J1. However, as a new member, you cannot join at J4 or higher immediately. You will need to progress through the levels to reach those tiers and must have a strong team under you to get approved for the higher levels.
